Terms & Conditions for rbaze

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the rbaze website accessible at https://rbaze.io, including all pages, subdomains, games, betting interfaces, cashier functions, and account management areas.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an account on rbaze and uses any service made available through the Platform.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. rbaze reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation may include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document).

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all rbaze promotions:

• rbaze has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools.
• A regulatory requirement or court order mandates account closure.

Upon voluntary account closure by the Player, any Real Money Funds remaining in the account (net of applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing procedures.
